Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from Leila Home, you ( the customer) accept the Terms & Conditions below, agreeing to read all our policies of sale on this page and also the Delivery, Returns and Order confirmation.

Leila Loves Design Limited (referred to through these terms and conditions as “we” or “us”) a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 305769096 and our registered office is at 16A Top Barn Business Centre, Holt Heath, Holt, Worcestershire, WR6 6NH. Our registered VAT Number is 114 233 29. Placing An Order

You can place an order via our website www.leila-home.com, by calling us on 01905 621174 or e-mailing us on hello@leila-home.com.

Once you have placed an order you will be contacted via e-mail within 24hrs (or next working day) with details of your order and further information. Please ensure you check the details are correct and contact us at your earliest convenience if anything is incorrect or not as expected.

The successful placement of your order is deemed your acceptance of these terms & conditions. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. In the unlikely event that we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of one of the following:

a) The product you ordered being unavailable from stock;
b) A product pricing or description error;
c) Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment; or
d) we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

Despatch Policy

Many of our items including large items of furniture are mostly in stock, this can differ during our busy times of the year, where we may have limited stock.

Where the product is in stock, Leila Home Limited normally deliver within 15 Working days.  If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 working days we will contact you via e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Damaged Goods

Goods received damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Your insurance cover will be invalid after the 24 hour period from time of receipt of delivery.

You can contact us via email hello@leila-home.com or call us on 01905 621174 to report any damaged items and our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Photos will be required as evidence for insurance claim purposes.

All goods must be checked on delivery before you sign for the goods. All our goods are checked prior to dispatch. On purchase of goods you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of our delivery insurance policies.

Payment

Payment for all orders is at the point of sale and not at the point of despatch. All prices are inclusive of VAT. The price shown for the goods includes postage and packaging unless otherwise stated.

If you are unsure about the delivery price of any product on our website please contact us at hello@leila-home.com to confirm delivery price of a product.

To be eligible to purchase products on our website or by telephone you must:

Provide your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and any other requested information.

Be over 18 years old

Confirm a delivery address in the UK. We will not accept PO Box numbers or temporary addresses.

Possess a valid credit and debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

Cancellation

If you are not satisfied with received goods from Leila Home you are entitled to cancel the products ordered if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel the order prior to despatch, please contact our customers services department on hello@lld-home.com.

Please note we hold the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee if an order is cancelled.

Returns

You can return the goods and receive either a refund for the amount of the goods minus costs of delivery or opt to receive alternative goods.

All items if not faulty must be returned in perfect, saleable condition.

Customers are responsible for arranging return goods at their own costs alternatively, Leila Home can arrange return delivery at a set cost. If you should wish to return the goods with your own selected delivery company , please ensure insurance is put in place for the return of the goods. All goods must be sent back in original packaging.

To return any items please contact us on hello@leila-home.com with your return details.

Returns will only be accepted up to 14 days after delivery.

If faulty goods have been received or you are not satisfied with the quality we will aim to replace the goods which we will exchange free of charge. If you wish to still cancel the contract of the sale and do not wish to have a replacement our returns policy will still apply & costings for delivery and return are responsible by the buyer. If for any reason we are unable to replace a faulty product we will arrange return of product at a fixed charge and fully refund your payment.

We can not be responsible for interest charge made by any credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Our Products

The pictures of our items are taken with a professional high resolution camera to try and get the best quality pictures as possible.

Even though we do our best to offer detailed pictures please bear in mind colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to lighting, limitations of browser software and monitors.

Our Liability

Leila Home Limited cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in our Lookbook. When you place an order to purchase a product from Leila Home Limited your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.

Leila Home Limited endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, Leila Home Limited does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us. 

Confidentiality and disclosure

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We store your personal data on a secure server behind a firewall.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Leila Home collects this data when you use Transactional details when you order something from us, Cookies gathered from the devices you use to connect to our website or social media platforms

Personal data is necessary to collect when we have to collect some information from you so we can provide you with our services, for example when you order items from us. We do our best to make sure that we do not collect excessive information from you and limit it to only what is necessary for us to provide the service you require.
